Privacy Policy

Information we may process

Depending on your interaction with NaGi Studio, we may process your name, email address, phone number, stay dates, occupancy and guest information, booking requests and notes, and booking or payment-status information. We may also process technical and security information needed to operate and protect the booking website.

For applicable new public booking submissions, NaGi Studio requires one Valid ID. Accepted document types are JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF.

How we use information

We use information to receive and manage booking requests, communicate with guests, process and confirm bookings, administer property endorsement and access requirements, administer payments, protect against fraud or misuse, maintain operational records, handle support or disputes, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Valid IDs

A Valid ID is used only for booking administration and property endorsement or compliance purposes. It is stored privately in NaGi Studio's approved Google Drive destination and is not made available through public URLs.

Access to a raw Valid ID is limited to authorized NaGi Studio Owner and Manager roles. For the applicable booking, the ID may be included with the internal property endorsement email. It is not sent to guests. Historical bookings are not retroactively required to provide a Valid ID.

Valid IDs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for booking administration, property endorsement/compliance, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping needs, then securely deleted when no longer needed.

Service providers and infrastructure

NaGi Studio uses trusted infrastructure and service providers needed to operate booking services. Depending on the service involved, these may include Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Supabase for booking-management infrastructure, Resend for operational email delivery, and Google services including Google Drive for the approved private Valid ID workflow.

We use these services only as needed to operate NaGi Studio's booking and administration activities. We do not publish Valid IDs or provide guests with Google Drive access.

Google API information

Google authorization is limited to an Owner-only administrative setup that enables NaGi Studio's backend to work with the specifically approved Valid ID folder. Guests do not authenticate with Google, grant Google Drive permissions, receive Google tokens, or receive Google Drive URLs through the public booking site.

NaGi's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information in our systems. We retain booking-related information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, support, dispute, and applicable recordkeeping needs.
