Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Stay with NaGi website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the booking request form.

Booking Requests and Confirmation

A public booking submission is a request only. It does not itself guarantee availability or confirm a reservation. NaGi Studio reviews booking requests and validates availability and pricing before a booking is confirmed.

A booking becomes confirmed only when NaGi Studio explicitly confirms it.

Guest Information and Valid ID

Please provide accurate guest and stay information with your booking request. For applicable new public booking submissions, exactly one Valid ID is required. Accepted formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.

Valid ID handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Rates, Fees, and Payments

NaGi Studio validates applicable availability and pricing before confirmation. For Direct bookings, the minimum downpayment is PHP 500 and is non-refundable. Approved payment methods are GCash and Bank Transfer.

Occupancy and Stay Rules

NaGi Studio accommodates a maximum of 3 guests. Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and standard checkout is at 12:00 PM. Guests are responsible for providing accurate occupancy information for their stay.

Third-Party Booking Platforms

Airbnb and Agoda bookings remain subject to their respective platform processes where applicable.

Website Use

Please use the website and booking request form responsibly. Do not attempt to interfere with website security, submit fraudulent or misleading information, or abuse booking functionality.

Availability and Service Changes

Website content, availability, and pricing information may change. Availability and pricing for a booking request are confirmed only through NaGi Studio's review and explicit confirmation process.

Privacy

Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how NaGi Studio handles personal information.
